The Punt - O'Macaco's Golfing Gamble 2

Last week:
Mixed fortunes for O Macaco's men last week: In Qatar peter Hanson managed to hang on to a top 5 place for a solid each way return on investment.  Taking the laurels on the European Tour was the dourest of the dour - Paul "I won The Open and nobody gives me the credit I deserve" Lawrie.

On the other side of the pond it was a tale of two chokers.  This week it was the turn of Frank Spencer Levin to choke and hand the prize to last weeks bottle boy Kyle Stanley.  And it was more of a peter-out than a blow up for O Macaco's tip Trev Immelman who faded to mid-table obscurity after a good first round.

European Tour:
Another bucket and spade week as the European Tour drops into Dubai for the Desert Classic.  A brace of Espaniolas have taken the spoils in recent years, but with no Sergio this week, O Macaco's pawpaws are going Galic.  Frenchie, John - the Baps - Baptiste Gonnett is in the form of his life and a solid top ten here last year means he is great value for an each way bet at 50-1.  Gan on Gonnett!!!!

                                  USPGA:
The Yanks are in Pebble Beach this week on some Pro-Am Jolly over multiple courses. Anything could happen with Donald Trump's syrup and Curtis Stigers mullett
whipping up a storm on the coast (please note celebrities and coiffeurs are subject to change at late notice)  Big Dustin "Dutsbin" Johnson has won this event twice in the last three years but more importantly imploded in the US Open in 2010 round this paddock.  It appears to be the year of the melt down monkeys and so O Macaco's wonga goes on Johnson at 20-1 to hold of the likes of  major champs Mickleflob, Eldrich Woods and The Pod.
