Summer Cup 1

Round One of the Jacobs Summer Cup was won by Fred Groves after he carded a blistering round of 71 for a nett score of 65. Groves carded no less than three birdies at the 3rd, 11th and 17th holes. John O’Brien finished second after carding a round of nett 67 which included a single birdie at the 14th. John Nicolson took third spot after his nett 69 which also included a birdie at the 14th.
